feat: RustCrypto singleton and fixes for e2e test

What's new in this PR

This PR introduces a Singleton for RustCrypto, further decoupling functions from the mls session by not using the mls provider to access database or RustCrypto.

This PR leaves one e2e test ignored which will be resolved with CredentialAquisition.
