Prepare ProxiFyre v2.5.2 release

Summary

• bump the canonical repository version from 2.5.1 to 2.5.2
• update GUI and installer build examples to the new version
• update the documented x86, x64, and ARM64 release artifact manifest

Release scope

This patch release includes the improved UI launcher permission diagnostics from #172. The launcher security policy remains unchanged and fail-closed.

Verification

• x64 Release solution build with Version=2.5.2
• full managed suite: 269/269 passed
• UI high-DPI and launcher-security diagnostic checks
• x64 MSI and online setup build/validation
• no stale 2.5.1 references in tracked project files
• git diff --check
