i18n(fr): update community-content.mdx for consistency

Description

As discussed in #3772 (comment) it seems this is the only place where we don't translate "Content Layer". This is always translated in Astro Docs and this is now translated on Manual setup. This doesn't make the card longer on desktop so I think we can translate it here as well for consistency.
