The RNNAppDelegate was implementing the RCTTurboModuleManagerDelegate with having the getTurboModule:jsInvoker returning nullptr.
Because the RNNAppDelegate's RCTTurboModuleManagerDelegate implementation was almost idenitcal to RCTAppDelegate's (except for the nullptr return) the RNNAppDelegate implementation of it is not needed so was removed.
