Servy is a tool that turns any app into a native Windows service. It provides a GUI, a TUI, and full control over working directory, startup type, process priority, logging with rotation, health checks, environment variables, dependencies, pre-launch scripts, and parameters (think NSSM, WinSW, and beyond).
