Adds GitHub Workflows Assistant to the Productivity Tools section.

  • Project:
  • What it does: UI for bulk editing GitHub Actions workflows across multiple repositories and branches
  • Current capability: runs-on label replacement with review-and-commit flow (skips workflow runs on commits)
  • Why it’s awesome: simplifies large-scale maintenance of .github/workflows with a safe, auditable process
