Nice, much more DRY. Just curious if there is a way to confirm this behavior is same as previously. Is there a way to compare the artifacts to see if the builds are the same? |

Description
build-wolfprovider.ymlsection that will standardize the build and cache section of the github workflows. This should make manageability easier and reduce duplication.common.ymlto work without making it its own step/job which doesn't make sense because it would increase the length of workflow duration.
