Description
Adds GitHub Actions workflow to automate testing of Socat with wolfProvider. It builds wolfProvider for multiple wolfSSL versions (
master,v5.7.4-stable), caches dependencies, and verifies Socat integration. Workflow runs the socat test./test.shWOLFPROV_FORCE_FAIL=1
