To align with other apps and our different CI agents, this PR updates the bundle configuration to ensure platform-agnostic Ruby gem installation:
BUNDLE_FORCE_RUBY_PLATFORM: "true"to.bundle/configbundle update fastlane-plugin-wpmreleasetoolkitThese changes ensure consistent gem installation across different platforms by forcing the use of pure Ruby versions instead of platform-specific native extensions.
