Inspired by #68

implements scripts that:

  • do a bunch of preflight checks to prevent user error
  • copy all solidity files except testing and legacy (due to forge-std dependency) to a temp dir
  • replace the remappings in favor of relative paths
  • run a test compile using hardhat
  • publish/clean up
