(fix): misc small issues and smart search fixes

• remove additional eslint rule affecting prop-ordering
• fix misc linting issues
• rework search api code to be a little simpler and hopefully faster
• remove extraneous and noisy console.logs
• Fix various issues in the Smart Search Plugin
  • Move previous run check variable into module scope to prevent double run between nexts client/server builds
  • Modified deleting existing docs to only remove docs that no-longer exist in the repo
  • modified mdx doc IDs to use hashes to avoid unsupported / in id of delete mutation
  • Fixed bulkIndex Mutation to not return 422
