Let's get us a metadata description and please add the redirect from the old URL to new. Let's also wait till the content blocks article is merged so we can get that URL in here without forgetting in the future

Let's get us a metadata description and please add the redirect from the old URL to new. Let's also wait till the content blocks article is merged so we can get that URL in here without forgetting in the future
