Javadocs failing to build

I'm trying to publish a local version of allwpilib and I keep getting 100 errors revolving around incorrect docs. Anyone know what is happening or how I can just disable the javadocs because I don't need them. Looks like all the errors are only for opencv as well. Building works find, but publishing fails. This is on tag/v2022.4.1

We're aware of this issue; I think it's fixed for 2023.

I tried initially with the latest version of master but failed for a different reason so I decided to stay clear of the bela/alpha versions for now

You can disable the docs build by removing the include ‘docs’ line from settings.gradle.
