Add integer overload to Commands.wait

In 2027 waitSeconds is gone. The new wait works fine as a replacement but an integer was a common input before and might create confusion if they would have to change that to a double.

Wouldn't the automatic casting be enough?

Besides, we can't have it just be wait(<number>) due to confusion with Object.wait(long) -- that's why it was waitSeconds in the first place

The automatic casting isn't enough because of Object.wait(long), the compiler gets confused between the two if you input an integer
