Breakup common storage

This pr breaks up common_storage.ts into:

• names.ts
• project.ts
• module.ts
• module_content.ts

There is a separate commit for each of the files, so (if you want) you can review each commit.

LGTM. The only changes needed are the copyright year in the license statements but I approved so you can just make those changes and merge.
