Enhancement to Automation Webhook resource
Added support for webhook parameters
Introduced the parameters argument in the azurerm_automation_webhook resource to allow passing custom parameters to the runbook at execution time.
The value is sourced from the automation_webhook_parameters variable, enabling more dynamic and flexible automation workflows.
