Refactor API Gateway documentation for clarity

Corrected grammar changing "subscription validation, that decouples" to "subscription validation that decouples". Corrected grammar changing "standard, or proprietary" to "standard or proprietary". Cleaned up the indentation in the numbered list (Steps 1-5). The original text had awkward line breaks and spacing that would render poorly. Converted the bold titles "Gateway Architecture" and "Main Features" into proper Markdown headers (##) to match the structure of the previous files. Changed "OAuth2.0" to "OAuth 2.0.
