chore: Refresh lockfile and upgrade subdependencies

Overview

Address some security issues with subdependenices. I don't like to do this often, but WXT is well tested and consumer's don't use WXT's lockfile, so it makes sense to do every once in a while.

rm pnpm-lock.yaml **/node_modules && pnpm i

Other Changes

Unimports declaration file formatting changed, so I updated some test snapshots.

Manual Testing

CI passing is good enough.
