Pals can no longer be raised, and players may have problems with the bases of their guilds.
To fix this, reassign the pals owner with the new player ID. Also delete the "placeholder" guild (if the user previously has a guild) created at the same time as the new account. Otherwise, the player is discreetly linked to two guilds at the same time.
