This pull request adds in translation support (#163 ) for sage using lingui. It currently has only English and German as supported languages. It loads will also check the system locale and try default to that if the translation exists. In the settings one can now change the default language using a dropdown under the Global settings. There might still be some translations that I have missed or improvements that can be made. Ideally a bit later one should use the crowdin integration from lingui to make it so the translations get OTA updates and don't need a new app release.
