The installer may stop responding to keyboard input at the "Select Keymap" screen if Scroll Lock is enabled. Added a new troubleshooting entry to document this behavior and explain that disabling Scroll Lock resolves the input freeze. Signed-off-by: Thomas Moraine <thomas.moraine@vates.tech>

As explained in this discussion, the XCP-ng installer may stop responding to keyboard inputs at the Select Keymap screen if Scroll Lock is enabled.
