Make sure messageID never be lesser than previous messageID (code 33)

Possible fix for
[reading message: processing response: msg_seqno too high (similarly, there is a message with a higher msg_id but with either a lower or an equal and odd seqno) (code 33)]

• this PR was checked by golangci-linter
• new code did not break current interfaces
• all comments were written on american english language
• all commit messages are spiced up with emojis, which wa defined in CG and in .gitmessage
