* Remove caches with invalid (-9999) elevation from elevation graph.

The main problem actually is, that it skipped the check of the cache after the one with unknown elevation. Mess with the list which is cycled through is just bad idea. |

Caches with invalid elevation are added into elevation graph. This fix removes them.
