Identification of Chlamydia pneumoniae and NLRP3 inflammasome activation in Alzheimer’s disease retina

This repository contains the code used for:

1. predicting pathological measures in the brain of subjects with varying levels of Alzheimer's Disease (AD) severity using data from the retina, and
2. predicting AD severity from a small subset of retinal measures.
