feat(scripts): add extended Chinese temple import pipeline#357

- fetch_cn_temples_extended.py: wider Overpass queries (building=temple, name patterns, historic=monastery) + Nominatim geocoding for ~100 famous temples. Filters non-Buddhist (清真寺/道观/教堂). Output: 11,534 records. - import_cn_temples_extended.py: dedup by OSM ID, Wikidata ID, name+proximity (<2km). Imported 1,586 new monasteries with verified OSM coordinates.
