Application is functional with both normal.csv and advanced.csv datasets.

Some improvements are possible, such as:

Looking into using CSVParser instead of CSVRecord to go through all entries.
Printing only values into the UI instead of the complete String representation of CSVRecord.
More testing for Util.findDuplicates() with larger datasets.
