Fix for the issue #288 (The top bar and content moves up when keyboard opens)

i change the
android:windowSoftInputMode="adjustNothing"
in the androidmanifest.xml and add a imePadding modifier in the HomeBottomBar.kt

@AndDe-gourav, As I said here, this is not a good solution.
I just checked out your fork and this is what happens, the top bar jumps in a janky and inappropriate way.
