Welcome to the ArchiMetal Practice repository. This project is dedicated to helping Enterprise Architects and students master the ArchiMate® modeling language through the lens of the official ArchiMetal case study.
Preparing for the ArchiMate® Practitioner (Level 2) Certification requires a deep understanding of how to apply the language to complex, real-world scenarios.
To succeed in the exam and in professional practice, it is essential to master two equally important case studies provided by The Open Group:
- ArchiMetal (Manufacturing Domain) - This Repository
- ArchiSurance (Insurance Domain)
Together, these two cases cover the breadth of the ArchiMate specification, from baseline to target architectures, including Motivation, Strategy, Implementation, and Migration layers.
To accelerate your learning journey, I have provided both structured and free resources:
For a well-packaged, step-by-step guided experience, enroll in the full course: Archi/ArchiMate Modeling Practices with ArchiMetal Includes detailed explanations, modeling patterns, and best practices using the Archi tool.
I believe in sharing knowledge. You can access all my demo videos for free on YouTube: ArchiMetal Modeling Practice Playlist
