Task sender that sends alerts to pager duty on failed tasks
Description
Send tasks every 6hs and wait for the verification.
Send an alert to PagerDuty if the batch of tasks is not verified
Send a report to slack of every sent batch, with the cost paid by the batcher+aggregator
