Update ELF and redeploy verifier contract
Description
This PR updates de ELF using correct versions of SP1. Also it redeploys the contract iwth the new ELF.
How to Test
cd examples/zkquizmake answer_quiz KEYSTORE_PATH=<path_to_keystore>You need a keystore in holesky with some funds
