Description
This PR updates the tutorial to use modern features of Yew HTML such as shorthand prop assigment,
forloops, etc.,and uses Yew's newly added
serdefeature to finally useAttrValues in place ofStrings, which are explicitly discouraged in Yew appsFixes #3564
