Update broken links

Related to #3910.

This was mostly a mass-rename. I poked some of the links at random and all of then worked.

Not all mentions of the https://rustwasm.github.io/ are gone tho. From what I see, there are also

• links that start with https://rustwasm.github.io/book/
• link that start with https://rustwasm.github.io/rfcs/
• links to the main website — https://rustwasm.github.io/

First two (book and rfc) don't have any alternative and would probably stay in this archived state forever.

And the link to the main website would probably need a more thorough review to be changed appropriately.
