This commit fixes a couple of bugs and adds appropriate unit tests for them: - the `reasoning` / `reasoning_content` was not being forwarded to the chat template. - tool call parsers would filter out tool calls generated by the model whose names did not match any of those in the request. - reasoning parsers are refactored to be more extensible - added nemotron v3 specific reasoning functionality Signed-off-by: William Zhang <133824995+2ez4bz@users.noreply.github.com>
