We use a `Y.Snapshot` to keep a bookmark of where we were in the ytype's history, then once we are ready to apply the changes back we can just create a document from that snapshot, apply the pendingDelta (which starts from that document's snapshot and describes the changes made up until this point), and copy over the resulting update to the ytype's doc again as though it came from a remote.
