Add support for combo-box in control-panel
- Currently, only lint with editorconfig and CodeQL. - Run tests for python. `ui/` is skipped - Ignore editorconfig lint issues for now

This change disables automatic env activation in devcontainer.json since all bash shell sessions are already activated with comfystream as the default environment
