背景
当前 button 组件的 loading 图标颜色是根据
type、color、plain属性计算的，但在某些场景下（如自定义了 color 属性后），计算得到的颜色与按钮背景色对比度不足，影响视觉效果。改动
loadingColor属性，支持自定义 loading 图标颜色loadingColor属性说明备注
此改动应该完全向后兼容，不影响现有代码。
