Code Review

This pull request updates the baseUrl for the OtakuDesu source. While the code change itself is correct, the extVersionCode in the build.gradle file for the extension needs to be incremented for users to receive this update. This change does not appear to be included in the pull request. Please remember to bump the version code to complete the fix.
