Summary

avoid heavy page generation in prebuild by removing comparison page script
dynamically render comparison pages via new [comparison] route
compute comparisons from tool data in lib/comparisons
unignore dynamic comparison directories in .gitignore
update sitemap to include dynamic comparison URLs
improve getToolByName lookup

Testing

npm test (fails: jest not found)
