If you don't want to start from scratch every time I imagine those are indeed required.

@Jan-M mh, in my local dev env i rather would start with a new fresh env on every feature dev start. and also i think its more attractive to new users and devs (like me) to have a fully working version here instead of a adapted one for more experienced users.
