I'm not sure if adding an index to the summary.md here helps. If we put this in the summary.md we still need to fetch each individually.
So basically there might be the case where one response comes in that says index 2, but others arent in yet, so the sorting would look a bit weird as its async.

Another option I would possibly see is adding something to the root of the pipelines directory, that contains an array with the correct order, or map with index and directory name. This would mean an additional request though....

maybe something to check for tomorrow
