Make the gamesense project run on CPU

You can now run the gamesense project on CPU.
Added a new config file and you can use the following command to run it:

python run.py --config phi3.5_finetune_cpu.yaml

Changes

• Added a new configuration file phi3.5_finetune_cpu.yaml optimized for CPU usage
• Implemented reduced batch sizes, fewer training steps, and disabled GPU-specific features
• Added proper memory optimizations for CPU training
• Special handling for Phi-3.5 model caching issues on CPU
