s32: mcux: devices: S32Z270: support FlexCan build with MCUx driver

Re-define the register masks and memmap structure of FlexCAN S32Z270
device to compatible with FlexCAN MCUX device. Add FlexCAN instance
base addresses and module features to support using FlexCAN MCUX driver.
