- cmake: bump version of SDK in Kconfig / use new variant syntax
- hosttools: update to qemu 10.0.2
- release: update release notes
- llvm: update to 19.1.7 release
- Bump version to 0.18.0-alpha4
- gcc: update to gcc 14.3
