The commit 33ce134 updated the gcc submodule to the head of the `zephyr-gcc_arc-14.3.0` branch by mistake -- this fixes that by making it point to the head of `zephyr-gcc-14.3.0` branch. Signed-off-by: Stephanos Ioannidis <[email protected]>
