Remove HTS221 sensor support from sensortile_box_pro as it has been ruled out from final version. In fact, HTS221 is in the process of being terminated and is not recommended for new design. The candidate replacement is SHT40 from Sensirion, which is available also as a DIL24 adapter, which can be plugged on sensortile_box_pro board.

@avisconti I have a question on that change.
Is HTS221 available on earlier board releases that were actually sold on the market ?
If this is the case then, you should not remove HTS221 purely but instead create a new board release.
From the doc, it doesn't seem to be the case, but I'd like to be sure.

hts221 is present only on some debug prototypes (mine for example) before official release. After that, official rev1.0 on st.com does not include HTS221 neither in the BOM nor in the schematic. I cannot say if someone outside ST has ever received some early prototypes, but officially the initial product life (i.e. 1.0) is w/o HTS221. I think that sensortile_box_pro should be aligned with that.
