When change unaware client send ATT request it shall get Database
Out of Sync error. Reading GATT database hash is an exception here.

This was affecting GATT/SR/GAS/BV-05-C qualification test case.

Not sure on how many qualification fixes we are going to backport, but maybe there should be 'meta' bug for those? Like we did years back for 2.7 ?

I guess that's for the 3.7 release managers to decide, if you want to propose it to them.

@sjanc, @jhedberg: If this is targeting v3.7.1, it needs a bug report in order to get backported.
