Update NXP HAL manifest to include pin control files for subset parts, which typically do not have a board target defined within Zephyr but are still supported by NXP's HAL. Signed-off-by: Daniel DeGrasse <[email protected]>

Looks like the HAL side change this pulled in was merged and Zephyr's HAL revision has now been updated to include it, closing this out |
