Is this testing something different than other nrf targets: nrf52840dk/nrf52840, nrf54l15dk/nrf54l15/cpuapp, nrf54h20dk/nrf54h20/cpuapp?

Actually, the other nrf targets you mention are ARM cores, nrf54h20dk/nrf54h20/cpuPPR
is not

The test is about GPIOs, not the the CPU cores. Is the GPIO IP the same on the targets mentioned?
The same hw block and driver are already tested on nrf54h20dk/nrf54h20/cpuapp, why retest on a different core on the same board !?
