Add velocity callback support for u-blox GNSS modules via NAV-VELNED messages. Applications can register callbacks using GNSS_VELNED_CALLBACK_DEFINE() to receive velocity data including north/east/down components, speed, ground speed, and heading. Controlled by CONFIG_GNSS_VELNED Kconfig option. Signed-off-by: David Cerrone <[email protected]>
