This covers both Read-Decode and Streaming mode. Since we haven't had it there have been a few issues (addressed prior to this commit). From now on, we should maintain this test similar to the others. Signed-off-by: Luis Ubieda <[email protected]>

To add build-time validation of all Read-Decode and Streaming Mode changes, similar to Fetch-Get and Triggers.
